snorkle
I like the look of your WL. Looking forward to seeing him finished. You should try shading the rhino to give it more depth. It looks pretty flat atm. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/230025-the-grizzs-space-wolves/#findComment-2762254 Share on other sites
Kassill
Is Copenhagen standard issue for your wolves? :P Stuff looks great man! I really dig your lord! ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/230025-the-grizzs-space-wolves/#findComment-2762544 Share on other sites
Leardinal
Great looking stuff, just a few suggestions: The Wolf Lord looks great! (not really a suggestion, but still...) I agree with Snorkle, the Rhino looks a tad flat. I think if you applied a black wash it would help. The Moon on the top hatch looks a little streaky, may need another coat. I'll be following :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/230025-the-grizzs-space-wolves/#findComment-2762570 Share on other sites

Grizzly Adams
Is Copenhagen standard issue for your wolves? Stuff looks great man! I really dig your lord! yeah we get 'em hooked when they are blood claws, but we offer a great dental/health plan so it all works out. Didn't even notice it in the pic till you pointed it out, rockin product placement! I think Cope owes me some endorsement money... You should try shading the rhino to give it more depth. I wen't with Badab Black on my Blood Angels, so i am tryin to give the Wolves a lil different look. But yeah, it definitely needs somethin, for sure. Thanks for all the replies/suggestions and such, and let me ask you guys a question. I have never worked with snow basing before, does anyone know the best stuff to use and how to do it? Leardinal
I can take a guess: First: sand, spary some white. Base with unsprayed sand on the base, sparsely apply white sprayed sand, building it up in some areas to resemble snow banks, then add a patch of dead looking static grass and your good to go! http://salmondworks.com/blog/wp-content/up.../11/base-54.jpg Should turn out similar to the base in the bottom right hand corner, but I would use less grass and leave some sand exposed Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/230025-the-grizzs-space-wolves/#findComment-2762732 Share on other sites
