Turns out all GKs are rendered hairless by their conversion from normal human to uber-awesome GK. I've used a couple of BA heads just for some variety. However, according to the fluff, they are mindwiped and remember nothing of their past. The only thing a Grey Knight remembers is his training, the only thing a Grey Knight knows is loyalty and duty. I'm inclined to think they are universaly cleanshaven and wear their hair short and spartan. But to be honest we all model and paint the damn things as we want so if you want longhair go for spacewolf heads, or maybe chaos marauders?
