Gaeus Marius
I am building the mechanized portion of my army as an assault element, and want the vehicles to look the part (extra armor, dozer blades, etc.) Is there an easy method to construct dozer blades for my rhinos and preds? I do not want to buy 20 vindicator conversion kits, or raid the Tonka section of the local toy store. My search-fu is weak and I need help. Thanks guys. Paradigm
Forgeworld Rhino Dozer Blade There's the link to the forgeworld one. It's a lot more than the chimaera blades on ebay, but it has a distinct look that is very different. Koremu
Use spare Rhino top hatches, plasticard and greenstuff. Add a couple of pistones (straws and other similar bits and you get yourslf a not bad dozer blade... This one was done by using side hatches (cut vertically in half) for the top section (to give the grill effect), and top hatches for the lower half. The uprights are sections (about 3/8th each) of a Predator turret mounting ring, with the skulls and headlight added to terminate the ends cleanly. The Eagle & scroll disguise the join between 2 of the door sections. http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/5616/imag0028jc.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/230410-dozer-blades/#findComment-2772469 Share on other sites
