Iron-Daemon Forge
Hi everone With the recnetly release of Games Workshop finecast (what brillaint model they are), me & a few of my friends where a little worry how GW specil games would be effected & so better being safe than sorry. We been pick up a few things, one of these has mainly (well for me the only one) is Battlefleet Gothic. I really enjoy this game, though I rarely get a chance to play it, I do enjoy the games I played. Very tactical game. So right now I already have a fleet being Chaos base on my Iron Warriors. So for the second fleet I went for Space Wolves which has also became my favrout force, for those who have seen my army photos or tournament reports will understand. This topic will be a log for me to paint my Space Wolves fleet & also try come up with names for each ship. To start thing off here my fleet in it current state. First half which arrive on Mon just there. http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/ee412/JFmodel/BFG%20SW/DSC09339.jpg My second half which arrive yesterday/just pick up today in my local GW store. http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/ee412/JFmodel/BFG%20SW/DSC09340.jpg This is why I am greatful GW going finecast over metal http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/ee412/JFmodel/BFG%20SW/DSC09341.jpg I can see much swearing ahead of me & much stress. I rarely try to build metal models, preffer platic. But as said with the change from metal to finecast & wanting a second fleet. Just to get some idea for my ships names, my Battle for the Fang novel arrive today as well, really can not wait to start reading this novel. http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/ee412/JFmodel/BFG%20SW/DSC09342.jpg Also as seen there some of the finecast models. Stormcaller as my entry for a painting comp next week, Logan because I been meaning to buy the old wolf for some time but never could be bother in regard to mail order/when place a order & Crowe due to the detail on finecast is brillaint. These models are really diffrent from there metal version. Really do look like there orignaly sculpting version.
