Hey 40K fans, got a little carried away with running the camera however we had some silly fun playing everyones favorite Space Zombiebots against the most loathed codex out there. DV8
I posted on the YouTube comments, but thought I'd put it here as well. By RAW, any Necron hit by Jaws of the World Wolf does not get their We'll Be Back rule. WBB only applies to models who lost wounds and "killed" as casualties. Jaws does not inflict wounds; it removes from play. Ergo, any Necron hit by Jaws is simply taken off the table. It's ridiculous, I know. As the Necron Codex is so out-dated, it's probably sporting to simply allow them to take their WBB roll (otherwise Jaws just wrecks 'em). Hear da Lamentation
I'd agree with DV8 on that. Jaws clearly doesnt allow WBB - but no way would I enforce that. Necrons are shafted badly enough as it is .... for now at least. elithren
Ultimately up to you and who you play, I'm more along the lines of Jaws acting like Lucas' last laugh in that although the models are removed from play with no saves, as it causes no wounds, models with special rules like WBB still can use those rules after as per the FAQ. skoll
I would argue against that DV8 seeing as Lucas' last laugh still lets them come back according to the FAQ, and it also removes them from the board. Bikeninja
I could have sworn that it was FAQed and stated that they could use WBB. But I cannot find it. I think the question was whether or not you could use feel no pain and they state no but something like WBB could. But as I said I cannot find it anywhere in the FAQ's. I might be thinking of the INAT though.
