Overall I'd say it's a pretty good list, the Space Wolves Codex seems to go nicely with the Iron Warriors background with the emphasis on Grey Hunters and Long Fangs.

 

A few things I would suggest/ask though are:

1. Don't you think Logan Grimnar is too powerful to use as Forrix, who's only a Captain? Maybe use a Wolf Lord as Forrix and Grimnar as a Warsmith.
   
2. As they are Iron Warriors, you might want to consider one or more Dreadnoughts.
   
3. An Iron Priest would also suit the Iron Warriors.
   
4. A Vindicator would also be good.
   
5. Do you have any plans to include Perturabo?
   
6. What models are you using? I assume it won't be Space Wolves...
   

Obviously you probably can't fit a Vindicator, Iron Priest AND a Dreadnought or two into your list without basically starting again, but I think they're worth considering because they're... Iron Warriors-y.

 

Also, bear in mind having Terminators and standard marines in one squad will mean your Wolf Guard can't sweeping advance.

 

If you haven't already read it, I reccomend you read "The Iron Within" by Rob Sanders, in the Age of Darkness anthology, as it's about the Iron Warriors during the heresy.
