Taranis
As the writing says. I can't find the rules describing it. I know it's 6", but where to prove it. Please somebody help find it in the rules. I have tried the search function but it refuses FnP as its too short. Thanks in advance. Xenith
Check the rules for transports. Measure the 6" range from the hull. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/231608-sanguinary-priests/#findComment-2786598 Share on other sites
Taranis
I have read the section about transports and still I can't find the exact part about powers/effects when being used by embarked IC's. There have been more than one thread on the subject but I can't locate them. I need a reference to the correct page/faq/codex? Codex BA doesn't cover the general rules. Volcatus
BRB FAQ, page 3. Q: Can a model use a psychic power that is not a PsychicShooting Attack if it is embarked in a transport vehicle? (p50) A: Yes. If the power requires line of sight, this is still worked out from the vehicleʼs fire points (this will count as one model shooting through that fire point if the power is used in the Shooting phase). If the psychic power does not require line of sight and has a range or an area of effect that is normally measured from the model using it, these are measured from the vehicleʼs hull, as explained in the Embarking section on page 66. You won't find a clearer reference. If a character with an aura-type ability/power/trinket/wargear is embarked in a transport, use the rules on page 66 for determining the range of the ability.
