MaveriK
DISASTER Just as I finished the mounts I had left them on a cupboard and when i went to bring them down my butter fingers lost grip of the box they were in and they fell on the floor. I just hope I have collected all the peices. Serves me right for trying to finish them off on a night shift at work. Looks like i will be doing a bit of rebuilding in the next few days. Oh well i always said the model building part was what I liked best. I know I should be more angry and peed off but i feel to drained after this. OUCH! i feel for you wolf brother. I've been there! I think we all have, at some time in our gaming life. It still sucks thought, even seeing it through yours! have an ale on me, you need it Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/231779-summers-advance-2011/page/10/#findComment-2824957 Share on other sites

Wardiel
Hail brothers. It's been a long delay as we just moved into a new apartment, and the isp is taking its sweet time getting here (thank god for usb tethering). Lack of internet has given me plenty of time to work on my oath though, and I was able to go above and beyond my very conservative pledge. Unfortunately my computer bit the dust last week, and took photoshop with it. Also, no good camera, but life goes on. I'm sure once I get my setup restored to its previous state I'll get some better shots up, but here's proof that the Great Wolf is complete, and brought some friends with him. (There's some freehand work to do but it requires better lighting than I have atm. Bases will get finished when gw sends me the snow) My Loganwing is on its way! Also, condolences to Beef, but look at it this way- now you have a chance to do additional conversions with all those loose parts. akutat
Finally got pictures from my finished models and so I have completed the vow although other things almost diverted and unmotivated from completing it. The pictures don't justify the miniatures and so on, but I just have live with that fact. But less talking, more pictures: Here is my two vengeful slayers a.k.a Lone Wolves: And here is Venerable Dreadnought Njördur attached temporarily to give aid to Kjarl: Last but not least is Kjarl Grimblood himself on foot: (barrel is drilled now). So I guess I can now add that cool fang into my signature? akutat
Haha, I had some serious problems with adding pictures first, but have managed to fix that so you aren't blind, yet. Wulfebane
So I'm heading out of town until after the deadline, meaning I've resigned to have my pledges painted less complete than I'd prefer. It's still easily table-top painted, so I'm happy with it regardless. Here they are. My Wolf Scout sniper squad and Wolf Guard Pack Leader (with MotW). Tsuro
Great scouts Wulfebane, I especially like the disruptive pattern cloak; makes me sad only that one scout got it. So, I was going great guns on this project, I really was. But then I got distracted by something else (thankfully SW related, it'll show up later rather than sooner) and long story short, I haven't done anything for more than a week. Thankfully the model is well on his way to being done, but I'm going to have to cut back on SW iconography in favour of more quick and easy rivets etc... because I haven't even started on the powerpack yet and I really want it to match the one I did last time. This is how he currently looks. I'm much happier with the new gun btw.
