Captain Juan Juarez
In my experience there is usually a certain section in an Index Astartes made in the Liber that has a section that is significantly larger than the others - this being where the "Hey, look at me I'm so unique!" stuff comes through. A lot of the stuff I have to do with the Chapter I'm currently working on revolves around their beliefs, with the main belief pretty much taking up that entire section already. The question I have is two-fold: 1. Should I forget about the worry and just put everything in and worry about how it's weighted later? 2. Can anyone suggest a place more suited for passages about things like duelling? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/231815-question/ Share on other sites
Ferrata
1. Should I forget about the worry and just put everything in and worry about how it's weighted later? Short Answer: Yes Long Answer: I am a fan of theory of write everything you have because it is easier to destroy than to create. I've cut down most of my articles because they were on the long side, and yes, there usually is one section that seems to come out longer than the others. Write everything you want down and then cut what isn't needed, if this means the Belief section is twice as long as any other, than so be it. Duelling could come under Organisation or Combat Doctrine depending on how it affects the chapter.
