Koremu Posted June 26, 2011 Share Posted June 26, 2011 They are pretty offensively feeble. 2 attacks is all very well, but there's only one Power Weapon of any sort, so they aren't going to kill you back with any speed. Plague Marines are, as mentioned upthread, a tarpit for any average MEQ unit. But any assault specialist (i.e. predominantly Power Weapon) unit will cut them down. MagicMan Posted June 26, 2011 Share Posted June 26, 2011 Hah, you're right feeble was an exaggeration, but you don't need a CC monster squad to defeat them in combat. In the last game i played against Chaos i just kept assaulting them with my Relic Blade captain, he put down two squads of them over the game, and the luck wasn't crazily on my side.
