MagicMan Posted June 13, 2011 Share Posted June 13, 2011 A good start man, is your Sternguard finished? I think you could get alot more out of him if you tried adding some depth with some washes. Try watering down a brown colour (or use the ink/wash) and painting that over the gold, it'll run into the recesses and add some depth. LaCroix Posted June 15, 2011 Author Share Posted June 15, 2011 thats a great touch on the assault sarge base ! thanks man! i was trying to work out how to use up my spare tank bits off the rhino. i was going for the fresh battle look or rather still fighting look, so my blood angels will be dark and dirty. also to hide my very rusty brush shills, been a while since i've done some moddeling and painting.
