JMac
Situation: You get first turn, scout move your Baal, and at the end of movement pop your smoke. Rules for smoke state the it lasts until the end of the enemy's next shooting phase. Since the rule for smoke also specifically states that you cannot shoot the turn you use them, but scout movement happens after deployment and before first turn; Can I theoretically shoot turn one and still claim my 4+ cover save in the enemy's shooting phase?
