I've Been Expecting You...

I would think so, since the normal treatment of ICs is that they count as part of the unit they're attached to whenever a special rule mentions a unit.

However, it does occur to me that it might be a potentially hazardous combination; "I've Been Expecting You" has a 12" range, and an OSR always scatters the full 2d6, so your squad with Coteaz attached would always be within the OSR's scatter range. I'd be a bit wary of the possibility of nuking your own unit.

I suppose really the next question is does movement count for "I've been expecting you"?

The biggie is can the ORS 'fire' if Coteaz and all moved in thier turn? Can heavy weapons?

I would think movement doesn't count; it didn't for the very similar rule in the old Daemonhunter codex.

Karamazov

Coteaz

12 x Crusaders for meatshield

3 x Warriors for target lock

Tehehehehe...if the enemy Deepstrikes within 12" of Coteaz+friends, they get auto-hit by a Lance strike

You cannot. As already stated above, using Coteaz's "I've Been Expecting You" rule only allows you to target Enemy models. Karamazov's no-scatter rule must target a Friendly model, and thus cannot be used in conjunction with Coteaz's.

I was thinking of doing Three plasma cannon toting servitors and 2 xwarrirors with plasma guns in a chimera.

I did the 3 servitors and warriors with plasma in a chimera, its basically a mobile gun battery; and it is rather effective. (Just remember you still have to roll a d6 when you fire plasma cannons for "Gets Hot!")
