My predator turned las/plas razor

Hey guys, this is my first work in progress. Sorry about the pic quality, I only have an oldish phone to use.

 

First, I used cannons as the plas guns look really small and pathetic on a tank. Also I only have 2 guns but 4 plas cannons so that sort of decided it for me.

 

Second. I plan on cutting off the cannon near the base and magnetising the barrel. Then getting a las cannon barrel magnetised to so the turret can be used as pred or las/plas razor.

 

Finally, I want to search my bits to find some armour plates to shield the plas a little bit or try my first attempt at green stuffing wolf fur to drape over the guns. Thoughts? Also will be looking for a camera, possibly use a tau piece converted to more wolfy standards, to represent the crew inside having control.

Just a quick update of the mock-ups I've done for my Plazors I aim to use this friday in a match. Minor details to clean up on them and after carving out holes to magnetise the barrels I realised I had no super glue so they are just held in place with blue tac for now.

The turret makes it too much a Predator IMHO. And I think the plasmacannons are too big (for what they should represent). Perhaps you could remove one cannon and put the lascannon in it's place. Make a second, equal muzzle in the plasma cannon, making it twin linked. If you use the razorback turret mount, it would look better, I think.
