But after thinking a little I realized I could drop the priests to take a third furioso and add a second melta gun to three assault squads. I figured this would take advantage of optimizing my shooting the turn I come in. What do you guys think, should I drop the priests? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you use beacons so you can pin point your second wave pods you should be able to use the preists 6" range to its full effect. I think the extra dread will be far more useful than a 3rd priest. I think he means dropping all 3 priests to free up 150 points. I can't go without at least one priest. In my extraordinary experience of 6 games the one priest I had was awesome. 4 wins, 2 draws with the 2 draws becoming a shooty stalemate thanks to putting my remaining men in cover with a priest and they couldn't get shot, pretty much.
