cyvash Posted June 22, 2011 Share Posted June 22, 2011 hopefully this goes here..... anyway i was looking at the chaos codex for bikers, if i give one of them a plasmagun does it lose its attack, since it says your replacing the CCW, so if i run a squad of five with a champ with a powerfist, and one has a plasma gun, would they have 6 attacks in CC or 5? help please? Something Wycked Posted June 22, 2011 Share Posted June 22, 2011 The 1 attack on the base profile does not change if you give them a ranged weapon, no. A CCW doesn't have any effect unless it is paired with a pistol (or other one handed weapon) where the combination of those two things gives a bonus attack in close combat (for a total of 2.) Not having a CCW, the model will still get its one attack in close combat; it will just make the attack with fists/feet/head/teeth/mutations/spiky bits :P Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
