Varizel
Hello, i got a problem w/ the scout rules that the ravenwing have. We rolled a Night Fighting mission (Dawn of War) and argued whether ravenwing can come in due to scout move b4 the 1st turn (no Sammael). Since Ravenwing had to be put on Reserves, the arguments was that the Ravenwing can't do the scout move since it's not table yet. However reading the BRB there's no rule saying that the models had to be in table to take advantage of the scout move. I know i can outflank, but i was just wondering if it's possible for the scout move? BTW the Ravenwing also have the LS attachment. timmytool
the unit is not deployed yet so in essence it is not alive (All good wargamers know that the edge of the table is the end of the world!). Chaplain Lucifer
If the unit is not on the table it cannot make it's scout move. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/232977-scout-on-night-fighting/#findComment-2803568 Share on other sites
