Yes. The same is true for the 100-point Land Speeder you can buy as an add-on to a 6-man Ravenwing Attack Squadron, but honestly that's not the best use of 100 points. If you need to point it out to someone, it's the box on pg. 27 of the Dark Angels Codex.

without our FAQ errata all our combat squad-ed units counted as scoring but the FAQ changed the that wording (p 23) and left the page 27 statement that assault bikes and land speeders "....ALWAYS operate as completely independent SCORING units of one model".

 

so yes even without Sammael all attack bikes and the land speeder in the RW attack Squadron(s) are scoring.(note not the RW support squadron)

 

ps the p27 statement overrides the BRB's rule that vehicles cant score :rolleyes:

Erm... what you are saying is that even if they are not troops, they are scoring at all time? (attack bikes, bonus LS, and the other 6 bikes in the squad???)

So your bikes are Troops instead of FAst Attack , ie You want to build a RW army.

Also, without Sammael, the bikes in the squad are NOT scoring, only the Attack Bike and HB/AC Landspeeder.
