Matt_Daemon Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 Here's the start of a new paladin army I'm making. I've wanted to make a termie army for a while and now's my chance! I got the idea for the color scheme and couldn't stop thinking about it so I must make it! I want to make them seem as regal and stalwart as possible, very noble. What I'm planning on getting is: -Draigo -Libby -20 Pallies -2 Dreads -1 Stormraven -1 Dreadknight I might end up getting a land raider, maybe a couple more character models, who knows? I know for the dreadknight I want to recreate the echo/shimmer effect that its sword is making as it's blasting a daemon in one of the paintings (I can't remember what page, the one at the beginning of the beastiary I think), and have a personal teleporter crackling with energy around it. A lot of things, like the psilencer pallie below, will be magnetized, and everyone will be on fairly scenic bases. Below is an very rough example of the color scheme applied to a normal test marine, painting him has made me tempted to make a strike/interceptor squad mostly for display.
