I have a bit of time this morning to post some work on the newly named Heirs of Horus (tons of fluff to follow). HellHunter Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 Wow that's pretty cool. I like the heavy bolter turret design. Not sure if I like the las cannons on top instead but thats just a matter of aesthetic opinion. If anything it leaves room for that wicked freehand on the sides. Definately digging all of the extra stuff on the vehicle; I personally like to do the same. The tentacles are nice touch, too. The paintjob is good; looks good and grungy. Overall I really like it. The Muliti-melta looks like it would be difficult to aim, basically need to turn the entire vehicle to target with it but suppose since everything else is on a turret compensates for that. Though I did add paint to them and my own miux of varnish to give them that older feel. Also, its hard to tell but there are areas where i made it appear they are ripping as well as some spots that appear to show the canvas made of flesh.
