An absolutely awesome paintjob of a beautiful miniature with a great equipment choice.

You should put your finger or something on the photos too, for scale comparison. People might be led to believe these models are two feet high otherwise.

I like 'em very nice. Unfortunately I recall reading that Raven Guard skin was suppose to be pale like snow. Give the same love to the white as was done to the black and add some "text" to the P'seals and he's golden.

Wow, just wow. Very good indeed. My only quibbles are the purity seals (they need text squiggles) and the armour studs on the jump pack need to be painted a metallic colour (they look unfinished otherwise). Just my tuppence worth. :P

Their skintone is normal, yet it pales with the years until it becomes as white as the Primarchs' skin. No pics here, but my captain is whiter than my sergeants who is whiter than my tacticals who are whiter than the scouts. ^_^

Well i didn't know about the pale faced Raven Guargs, but to think of it i saw same model painted with a pale face but really didn't like it. It just don't fit a healthy Space Marine.

Once again, this is pretty perfect. That NMM gold is amazing, puts my effort to shame. I really like the reflective black too, subtle but very well done.

The pale skintone thing isnt a fixed rule, i think it looks fine as it is. Its all personal preference at the end of the day and its still very well painted flesh.

The base helps to improve what is already a beautiful sculpt! I may have to start ravenguard once the skulltakers are finished!
