Ferrus Manus
So, my latest project is based around a DIY Crusade known as the Cleansing of Alamine. My army is going to be based around the participants of the Campaign and will hopefully, one day, include a force from each of the Imperium's military wings; so AdMech, Astartes, Guard, Sisters of Battle, Grey Knights and the Inquisition. Anyway onto the photos WIP Inquisitor No-Name http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff265/Ferrus_Manus/Warhammer%2040k/The%20Cleansing/DSC00105-1.jpg Completed Astropath http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff265/Ferrus_Manus/Warhammer%2040k/The%20Cleansing/DSC00108-1.jpg http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff265/Ferrus_Manus/Warhammer%2040k/The%20Cleansing/DSC00110-1.jpg PIP Acolyte http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff265/Ferrus_Manus/Warhammer%2040k/The%20Cleansing/DSC00107-1.jpg PIP Mourning Soul Tactical Marine, 2nd Squad, 2nd Coy. Lysimachus
Really nice Ferrus! I'm liking the sense of movement you've got into the pose of the Sgt, and the GS on the Henchman is cool too. I'm guessing the Inquisitor is of a Radical bent, that sword looks decidedly heretical? Are you posting the fluff for your campaign anywhere? Ferrus Manus
Thanks for the comments guys! popkhorne - Yeah the design was based off the ODST troopers. Lysimachus - Yeah he's a radical. As for the fluff, once I get round to writing some stuff down I may post it in the Liber, but I'm not sure it would fit there so perhaps inthe short stories section, either way I'll post a link up. Ferrus Manus
* Blows off the dust* Small update then: My Apothecary Hamas from the Arctic Lions 3rd Coy (WIP): http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff265/Ferrus_Manus/Warhammer%2040k/The%20Cleansing/DSC00185-1.jpg and Brother Njal (WIP): http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff265/Ferrus_Manus/Warhammer%2040k/The%20Cleansing/DSC00188-1.jpg Now, I want to make him a centrepiece for the army. Wicced
looking good mate  but one thing got me thinking, the icon on the astropaths staff looks quite like the eye of horus. maybe the inqusitor is more heretical than radical :eek Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/233876-the-cleansing-of-alamine/#findComment-2871407 Share on other sites

Tyrannicide
Sexy, is that from the Lions? Only reason I ask is because the blue looks different than past examples. Either way, a Contemptor to be proud of! :tu: Keep working away, Ferrus.
