AlexHeap
I've just added a new tutorial to my site about painting faces: http://www.thewaaaghstudios.com/images/tutorials/facepaint/mainpic.jpg http://www.thewaaaghstudios.com/tutorials/facepaint.html I hope this helps some of you and any feedback is always appreciated. MonSTeR
I really liked that tutorial, the step by step nature with nice clear photos really helps. I'd like to have been able to click on the individual photos to blow them up though. It's very interesting how you do the eye on this chap, it looks far more realistic that i've seen a lot of folks do them, I think because it doesn't have such a heavy outline. I'm going to try to do a few like that from now on :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/233883-painting-faces-a-tutorial-from-the-waaagh-studios/#findComment-2835050 Share on other sites
AlexHeap
Thank you for the feedback and I'm glad you liked the tutorial. I've now added enlarged images to the tutorial so you can click on the picture at each stage and it will show you a larger image. Thanks for the bigger photos, that's exactly what I'm talking about  how about a SW hair tutorial now, to show how to get different hair colours :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/233883-painting-faces-a-tutorial-from-the-waaagh-studios/#findComment-2850330 Share on other sites
AlexHeap
@MonSTeR: I'd love to do something like that but I don't have any Space Wolf heads to use. The Next tutorial I've got planned to do is a How To for Yellow Assault Marine Helmets for Blood Angels but obviously the steps for painting the yellow could be used for anything.
