Chapter Master Ignis Domus
Looking good. I can't tell that they're batch painted. It looks more like the careful work of someone working on one at a time. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/233893-speed-painting-a-sisters-of-battle-force/page/2/#findComment-2822408 Share on other sites

WarriorFish
"Speed" must be referring to how fast you're painting them, not the lesser quality usually associated with it! They're looking good, keep up the good work :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/233893-speed-painting-a-sisters-of-battle-force/page/2/#findComment-2822972 Share on other sites
Brother Kovash
Knock it off, you're making lazy painters like me look really really bad. Just kidding of course, very nice job. Also thanks for the nitromors tip, I'll have to pick up some up to clean off more terminators. What is the exact name of the paint remover you used? Also thanks for the nitromors tip, I'll have to pick up some up to clean off more terminators. What is the exact name of the paint remover you used? its nitromors just dont even think about putting plastic in it as it melts plasic as soon as it touches it!! for use on metal minis only 1st squads done any thoughts anyone? http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp327/davey8oy/P7190003.jpg http://i424.photobucket.com/albums/pp327/davey8oy/P7190004.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/233893-speed-painting-a-sisters-of-battle-force/page/2/#findComment-2823351 Share on other sites
Olis
They look cracking, brother! There's a bit of a blob of wash on the back of the cloak on the middle sister (she has a mace) but besides that there's no quibbles from me. Love the teeny tiny green screens on the sister's backpacks, very nice. :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/233893-speed-painting-a-sisters-of-battle-force/page/2/#findComment-2823571 Share on other sites

Khargan
for a blitz paint work, these look pretty damn good especially considering how frustrating they are to paint... just why I am selling my pretty much complete new army on the E that is Bay! hmm starting to have regrets about listing it after seeing this? maybe.. this is turning out to be a wang size competition with davey having annihilated my ego :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/233893-speed-painting-a-sisters-of-battle-force/page/2/#findComment-2823587 Share on other sites
Chapter Master Ignis Domus
Hmmm...those look to good to be speed painted. The only way to tell is if you send them to me free of charge, and let me carefully examine them for the next few years. Brother Kovash
I looked up nitromors online, looks like they have other products which will work on plastics. I'll head to home depot over the weekend to look around. Thanks again. Also, the first squad looks amazing. I'll have to show this thread to my friend who plays SoB to make him jealous. Nidhogg_Rider
I do enjoy how you've already completed a squad whereas it takes me 3 hours to do one model (and not even to the same standard) and have only done 7/10 of a single squad! Amazing stuff <_< Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/233893-speed-painting-a-sisters-of-battle-force/page/2/#findComment-2824222 Share on other sites
