Does raise an interesting question - does every GK shoot left-handed except Draigo? http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p219/joshsmash/Grey%20Knight%20WIP/005.jpg Alternate Librarian/Grand Master, did some head & arm swaps here http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p219/joshsmash/Grey%20Knight%20WIP/002.jpg Brother-Captain/Master model, base has the Brotherhood banner planted into the rocks, no pics until I decide which way I want it facing. I'd keep the banner facing backwards, since as you say that'd allow you to paint it better, and those purity seals give you some sparkly stuff for you to look at from the front.
