It should but it didn't... BTW Godhammer is the name of the twin linked lascannons not the tank...

The name's catching on seems like. It a colloquial term for the regular Land Raider. And no, Phobos isn't the name either. That's a Forge World.

Edit: And yeah, Land Raiders are back to 10. So are Drop Pods.

i just looked at the C:SM and the Godhammer Land raiders can carry 12 models?! whats up with that? should that have also been fixed in the FAQ?

When C:SM came out the reasoning for the high capacity was the Ultramarines compulsion for efficiency. They took the time to figure out ways to pack em in so that two more marines or one more terminator could board and it was a quirk that was to stick with them and no one else. Much like our quirk of having all Terminators for our 1st company that can mix-match weapons.

I believe the Ultramarines were privy to to one of few surviving copies of this ancient Terran guide...

...although it could just be that this is a long standing tradition on Ultramar too...

...and so it just comes naturally for them to fit 12 dudes in a Land Raider.

:D

I'm never going to look at ultramines in the same way again ^^

I have forgotten where but the designers commented on this a while ago saying that the 12 capacity for godhammers and drop pods was a design idea they had intended to run with through all the marine dex's, however when looking at it again for the wolf dex they felt that it should be kept at 10. They also said that while it would change in later editions of vanilla marines they didn't view it as a neccesity to change as it does add a little variety to the codex's (all beit a small bit).
