Grail Knight
The dread? of course, is not so hard, I mean, I have 'clumsy fingers' I start assembling the whole model adding some detail, like the book symbol, because my chapter has close, very close bonds with the Ordo Malleus, some purity seals, and more decoration, even from other dreadnought boxes once the model is like I want to be, I add some detail to the base, this time, I put a broken chaos shield, that used to belong to our nemesis, the worl eaters. then, as you perhpas imagine, I undercoat the whole model in black. after that, I use a colombian paint, that is blak, but is bright at the same time. is used for craft works, and gives all the black armor a good base, that is not so dark, nor so grey. After that, is only a matter of some lights, with silver, and then, the details, that I paint with bone colors and, intead of red, the crimson tone of my chapter. some white to finish the clear colors, some brown ink on the skulls, a transfer of the fleur in the foot, and the dread is ready for the varnish
