calgar101
How big would the council be? In my opinion you'd have to have the Chapter Masters of the 1st founding chapters and then a few more of the other famed chapters too. Marshal Rohr
One or two aged veterans from every chapter. Masters can come and speak but do not get a vote. Reps are elected by tge chapter and sent off. No dreadnoughts Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/234720-the-legions-after/page/12/#findComment-2830407 Share on other sites

That would work. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/234720-the-legions-after/page/12/#findComment-2830543 Share on other sites
Captain Idaho
I don't know for definite his reasons, but I assume no Dreadnoughts because they are disconnected from the considerations of Space Marines and spend long periods in slumber. Also, they might not "move with the times" since they may be particularly long lived and change isn't easy with age. Dinks
I agree i think dreadnaughts are a big no, even if they have a reputation as being wise. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/234720-the-legions-after/page/12/#findComment-2830976 Share on other sites
