FW World eaters warband WIP

Howdy everyone. Just starting out my world eaters warband and figured that this would give me some motivation to keep building painting etc. I've always loved the kits FW came out with so I finally decided to go for it. I wrote a casual 1k list using the models I like. Its taken me a pretty long time to build these up as I've been pinning everything. The chain axes were a big pain because they were so frail, but I figured out a decent technique and I have to say I'm very happy with a result! I think they are a big upgrade from the regular chainswords. The bases I'm using are from dragonforge and they are awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for scenic bases. I should be finished with the next bezerker squad in the next couple of days and then on to painting!

 

The pics are a bit fuzzy, I'm gonna try to improve on that in my posts to come.

Nice, very similar to my warband. Ive opted for a 7 man termi squad to escort zhufor. Such nice models, the sculpts are amazing, especially zhufor. Im debating the WE dread as im hoping they do variants of the contemptor so i may use that at a later point.

Anyway, nice progress on the assembly front, looking forward to seeing your painting. I'll subscribe to this!
