Brother Grius Posted July 25, 2011 Share Posted July 25, 2011 So I talked to my local GW manager today, and we thought up a good couple models to convert into a sinister looking Chaos Lord in Power Armour. I really liked the Chaos Lord from WHFB, and he recommended Huron for his axe. Perfect combination. Here he is in finecast resin. I still need to greenstuff one spot on his shoulder where there is a hole, and where I converted the right arm. It looks like he's posed for a challenge or about to wade through swathes of enemies, butchering them all! :D Get it painted sir! I can imagine him standing over his latest offering to Khorne, immediately eying down the next. Please don't forget the liberal application of blood to those axes when painting. I really wanted to get some work done on him today, but a 13 hour workday didn't leave me any time. Tomorrow I want to at least green stuff the couple gaps that need it. Trust me, I will paint him to the best of my ability. My other Khorne Lords don't look too shabby IMO. I look forward to sharing more pictures. So I forced myself to do what I could tonight, and I got my first 5 colors of paint on this guy. I know it's been two weeks, but just... ugh. I will do everything in my power to make significant progress on my army tomorrow.
