now I know i'm biased being a thousand sons fan and all but when in a thousand sons

russ's howl kills every athanean in the 2nd fellowship and when he then goes onto almost attack magnus because his warriors where 'bloodied'.

Come on, the 1k sons were not only victim of a massive howl but then were attacked afterwards by the space wolves.

to me this is russ being a hypocritical :) , do you space wolves have different opinions or views on this?

Russ' howl was a result of finding out that the 1k Sons were defending the xenos' library against the Wolves intent on destorying it. It was the Wolves planet to bring into compliance or destory. The 1k Sons had no claim to anything on that planet.

I haven't yet read prospero burns so your right I can't really say.

But then that is from the SW's viewpoint.

you did mean prospero burns when you said to learn the proper facts and circumstances right?

even if the next book your about to read is from a SW's viewpoint, the most important thing is your given both perspectives, instead of having just the one side of the coin. This is important to learn, even outside of the hobby it is a lesson worth learning. As for the proper facts and circumstances comment, I meant it more as the whole story, in a much more larger scale, than those told from one legion to another.

It's easy to start pointing fingers at someone for doing something you see wrong, but each action has their root and reason as to why, that action happened and developed in the first place. A wise man is only wise, because he knows and understands both sides of the story.

The daemons have suggested it in an attempt to corrupt various weak minded individuals but the whether its true is another point

basically magnus thinks he powerful enough to control events where tzeetch is using him like a pimp uses a junkie giving a temporary release knowing that he will be back when drugs where off. Does magnus go oi you tricked me no he goes back begging for more. then wonders why the police knick his door in

ok last off topic comment,

didn't the emperor also make a deal with chaos? :)

that is all.

Could also say the same of Curze. Was it ever explicitly stated he sided with chaos? No. Was it implied? Perhaps... perhaps not.

Now, brother, be purged by my Night Angels. No longer shall you hide in the darkness of the Fang
