:: The Turn Sequence ::

1) Movement. A player moves similar to a rook and bishop in chess; moving any number of squares along rank, file, or diagonal

2) Shooting. (OPTIONAL, may go directly into combat if user wishes) Players can throw weapons available in each square tile in the map, weapons that consist from bottles, chairs, tables and the occasional Blood Claw. Shooting causes the player to be stunned and pinned.

3) Close Combat. Each user has the option to tag-team, or fight other users occupying a single tile in close combat. Once a player fails his save, he continues fight on with the following negative modifiers (-1 attack, -1 initiative) until he fails his leadership test.

Each member is responsible for giving out their instructions to their pack leader (alpha). Players have a total of 24hrs (12hrs North American side, 12hrs European/Asian side) to submit their instructions to keep the brawl running smoothly. once everyone's locked in combat the pase of the brawl may increase. Passed out or inactive members during the brawl are given a specified time to react (24hrs). If we hear nothing from the user, his character is then stripped, shaven, de-fanged, dressed as a Dark Angel marine and thrown out of the tavern, and is therefore referred to as an oath breaker! It's just that simple.

:: The Rules ::

1) Indicate your character's location and actions to a designated bartender/servitor. Post your instructions, it helps keep track of everyone on the trend and keeps everyone entertained at the same time. Lastly... PRAY to the dice gods!

2) Only five users may occupy one tile. Each character has the Independent special rule.

3) Users have an option to join a pack of up to a limit of 5 members. Your pack may team up with several other packs. The more the better! start a gang just in case other Astartes chapters decide to crash our party. Just remember, at the end of the night there can only be one man standing. Even if your team manages to be the victor of the night, the pack needs an alpha. Therefore to run your pack, you have to fight for the title.

4) Close combat weapons are temporary and are destroyed or left behind as your character moves onto the next tile. You can throw weapons, which counts as your shooting.

5) Once a user fails his armour save, a leadership roll is made to see if the drunkard can still stand and fight with negative modifiers (-1 WS, -1 A, -1 I) the drunkard breaks off from combat and restarts at a safe location. Once a user fails his final armour save, the character is rendered unconscious and is therefore subject to being used as a weapon by anyone in the tile or can be used as an ablative wound. ie. imagine a drunken Blood Claw being used by a long fang as a weapon

6) )mjod, before each round all the brawlers that are not locked into combat need to state wether they wish to drink a stein of mjod. incase of no answer it will be assumed they didn't drink any for that round. Should a brawler drink the mjod before the start of the turn a single D6 is rolled to see what effect the mjod has on the brawler. the results of the roll are descriped underneath and will last for the following D6 turns to represent the longer effect of the mjod inside the wolf his blood. Any brawler can opt to drink mjod in another turn, even if the previous mjod is still in effect. the D6 diceroll for the result however gets rolled with a -1 modifier, the third mjod with a -2 modifier etc. this to represent the increasing chance of getting pissdrunk

-6- the mjod kicks into action and the brawler start to feel capable of doing anything, the rouse is so complete he's unaware of pain and will only feel the bruises the next morning.- for the following game turn the brawler gains the feel no pain rule

-5- slowly starting to get drunk the brawler becomes more and more aggresive, getting fustrated easier and even more easy to jump into combat.-for the following game turn the brawler gains the furious charge special rule.(this bonus stacks with the furious charge of stormclaws)

-4- in an attempt to gain the upper hand the brawler breaks his stein after downing the mjod so he can use it as an extra weapon.- for the following game turn the brawler gains +1A

-3-2- the mjod seems to have no effect on the brawler

-1- the mjod gains the upper hand of the brawler, and his visage begins to blur as the combat ensues.before the start of the round the brawler become -1 WS and -1BS.

7) The last three drunkards remaining, become league members. If one of those players is already a League member, then it defaults to the next non-league member. League championship upgrades teams or characters to the following: Wolf Guard, Iron Priest, and Storm Claw.

8) The last man standing, wins the game and earns the title of Inglorious Brawler.

Let the games/brawl begin! In corner one. we have the Valiant Volsung facing off against Zynk Kaladin the Night Angel! Perhaps the Blood Claw seeks to better himself by taking down such a large foe? Either way, it's sure to be interesting!

Round One

The limber Blood Claw darts around his opponent, easily taking the initiative against his lumbering enemy. Striking, he hits the Terminator, but too no avail! The rock remains standing, easily shaking off the pitiful blows. Striking back, the leviathan lands two solid blows, but the whelp is determined to gain the glory, and shakes them off with ease.

Round Two

Now engaged in combat, Volsung seems to realize just what he's taken on. He backs off, trying to avoid getting too close. With a burst of adrenaline, Zynk lunges forward, yet again striking the Claw twice, but the youngling refuses to go down.

Round Three

Continuing his string of misses and feints, Volsung manages to do nothing whatsoever, though the gargantuan Wolf Guard is too constrained by his armor to land any hits.

Round Four

Though the Blood Claw manages to strike the Wolf Guard, he leaves himself open to attack, and is struck solidly by Zynk, but remains standing out of sheer bullheadedness.(Congrats, Volsung! You managed to equal Arez's record of WS 2!)

Round Five

Still reeling from the blows, the Blood Claw stumbles about, and is brought crashing to the floor in one fell swoop, thus proving the old adage, "Don't bite off more than you can chew".

Zynk has won the duel, and may now chose his bonus! I must say, Volsung had some atrocious luck with his hits, though he made quite a few more saves than I expected.

Since when? Every book I've ever read has referred to separate "cells" for Space Wolves. I know I sure as hel don't share space with any of you lot!

ever since you whelps decided to gang up on jonas and tied him to his bed in his sleep! nobody's sleeping well since that day!

more seriously, i got this impersion from battle of the fang and prospero burns to be honest. my idea was that only the more elite had personal "cells"

and congrats to zynk for his victory!

Moving on to Corner Two, we have the equally inebriated and insane drunkards facing off in a battle of endurance! Whose drink will cause them to fall first?

Round One

Elithren the Grey Hunter charges in, ambushing the plodding Stormclaw from the side. Drawing from the spirit of the wulfen inside him, he lashes out with a whirlwind of blows, landing a direct hit on Crazywolf the Stormclaw, though he does not fall, for what is this compared to millennia in the Eye of Terror? Shocked at the ferocity of the assault, the Swiftclaw simply stares slack-jawed at the previously mild Grey Hunter.

Round Two

Bringing his rage under control somewhat, Elithren still sinks a number of hits into Crazywolf, who manages to remain standing. Striking back, the swiftclaw calmly reaches out and whaps the Grey Hunters chin, but the wolf's armor is too thick and it simply glances off.

Round Three

The Grey Hunter's rage resurfaces at the insult he feels was dealt to him by his foe's ineffectual attacks, and lashes out, bringing down the Swiftclaw in a series of blows, then sinking to the ground himself as the ale takes over.

This was quite exciting, especially after Elithren rolled a six for his first Wulfen roll. That tipped the duel in his favor for the rest of the short match, though Crazywolf almost made it through so many times. I almost screamed at my dice. I'm surprised the Stormclaw didn't last longer, especially with the potions. The look through the Eye of Terror codex managed to distract me for a good while, so that's why I was a bit delayed.

And now, the moment you've all been waiting f- Oh, sorry, missed one. And now, the moment you haven't been waiting for quite as much: the face-off between Arez Greenhorn, dressed in a shiny new suit of terminator armor, and Nrthstar, the great leader, except when he's facing CMID. Biased? Me? Never?

Round One

Nrthstar, taking inspiration from the first brawl, moves ahead of the behemoth, striking in with great speed, but clanging off Greenhorn's armor with a resounding Bonnnnnngggggg!!!. Ow. Greenhorn, now aware of the threat, decides to imitate the Hunter, and also clangs off the Star of the North's armor. He may still be a bit drunk from the last brawl.

Round Two

Now firmly stuck in, Nrthstar uses his cunning wisdom to strike at the weakpoints of Arez's armor, causing the Blood Claw-turned-Wolf Guard to grunt in pain. Shocked at the audacity of his foe, Arez attempts to strike him with the rage of a thousand burning suns, but barely misses the sly Hunter.

Round Three

In an attempt to exploit his foes sudden weakness, Nrthstar strikes yet again, but this time Arez is too quick for him, and turns his massive shoulderpad into the blow. He may be down, but he's not yet out. Unfortunately, the skilled move has a great cost, and leaves him unable to strike at Nrthstar.

Round Four

Frustrated at his inability to do anymore damage, Nrthstar unleashes the full fury of the wolf, but to no avail. The Wolf Guards defense is simply too strong. The same cannot be said for Nrth, who is struck in the head, but manages to remain standing, though a little woozy.

Round Five

Nrth, still more than a little disoriented, stumbles around blindly, flailing like a madman- At least until Arez hits with the force of ten bulls, three turkeys, twenty monkeys, and a chicken thrown in for fun. The onlookers gasp as Arez demolishes a table with inhuman strength(Obviously, he's a space marine  ), sure that nothing can survive this vicious onslaught. But as the shards and dust dissipate, Nrth is left standing, jeering at his foe from the side.

Round Six

Using his foe's wrong-footedness to his advantage, Nrth leaps on him, but is distracted by Hendrik and Mav getting ready to brawl in the middle, and whiffs on everything. Also distracted, Arez stands there for a bit, a stark contrast to the raging fury of a few seconds ago.

Round Seven

Still distracted by his pack leader's imminent duel, Nrth continues to lie on Arez's massive suit of plate, at least until Arez tosses him to the ground, making an imprint of his face that will remain in the floor until the Wolftime.

Arez wins! Nrthstar was quite lucky in the beginning, but then he started to slack off a lot. I rolled all sixes for the last three rounds for the Wulfen, and he missed with every single attack. Arez was a powerhouse, stomping through everything he was given, and rolling sixes for almost everything.

Doh, I forgot wolf guard has termie armor... The Lord of the Night Angels prefers artificer armor (I suppose count as TDA in this case) with speed and maneuverability so I'll get the initiative boost, please. :)

Good fight young Bloodclaw. helps Volsung up and slaps an ale in his hand Your bravery, or perhaps stupidity, makes Russ proud. ^_^

Congrats Elithren and Arez. Can't wait for the two wolf-titans to square off.

Oh yeah, that was after Jester and I locked them all up in that Arvus lighter three days before deployment. Ah, good times...

Volsung takes his ale and drinks it in one quaff. Fighting does give one a thirst, and who can't refuse a free, frothing cup of cold, bitter ale!

Congratulations and well fought then, Night Cherub. *shakes hand with the Night Angel*

Better hope you can are as lucky when the real brawl begins! :P

And congrats Arez and Elithren! Tonight will be a good night indeed!

Well fought Elithren... That went a slightly unexpected way. Again my curse rears its ugly head. Usually takes a while for the dice to start to like me. :D I am happy that I gave a little bit of a showing at least.

At least I wasn't taken out by flying tankards.

As for the cells versus bunk rooms... I would expect that in the Fang that it might be more of a suite setup. Common pack space in a central area with individual cells for arming, sleeping, etc. That is why I suggested Arez's room.

Woot! That was entirely unexpected for that duel. I'll go with the initiative boost bonus. If there isn't a free pack to join, I think I may just go lone wolf and drunk!

one wolf brother doesnt make a pack, but it is nice to have somebody watching your back.

so howabout a marvel team-up?

Luck had nothing to do with it brother-wolf. You were obviously overwhelmed by my handsome noble features and legendary angelic charm. :D

That is why I suggested Arez's room.

Keep this up im going to the Wolf Blade

But you and Forte are the pranksters here. I am just making an idle suggestion. Maybe we should have the two of you brawl and the loser gets the squigs?

Says who? Prankster indeed! Like we need a reason to brawl and we've both tangled with those squigs before.

Now WHERE'S THE MAIN EVENT! And I'm not talking about the main brawl. Show these whelps how its really done. And yes Zynk, before you go on about honour blah blah whatever. I did refer to you as a WHELP! Who does like a dress and clown shoes combo if I remember rightly.

More ale for all before Hendrik shows Mav a thing or two!!!!
