The green stuffed knife isn't bad looking, but over the course of an entire army you're going to save a lot of time an effort by good use of Lizardmen bits. Plus, as a Lizardmen player myself, I can assure you that we end up with lots of leftovers. Find someone at your local shop willing to trade. They will likely have plenty to spare. I remember seeing where a gentleman revived the Rainbow Warriors using the Aztec culture as his inspiration and it was very cool too. I'd suggest looking into it, perhaps it'll inspire you to do your own take or something totally different. aapie014 Posted August 8, 2011 Author Share Posted August 8, 2011 thanks for the replies so far ok now some fluff also kinda wip asfar fluff goes this the priest are in all squads they just count as normal guys but its about the idea. they hunt down the warriors that they seem worthy enough to be sacreficed to the emperor. because of there radical sacrefice system they are being closed watch of the inquisition for any taint of Chaos. as there parent legion or chapter is unknown they openley call them selfs the last survivors of the second legion. the current Chapter Master has found some ancient book about the legions and is expanding the chapter's companies to Great Company orginasation, this all happend in secret before the Ultramarines found out. has this was a decredation of the Codex Astartes, and the inqiusition not really liking them they where attacked by the ultramarines. Not wanting to shed blood of fellow loyal Astartes they fled of there planet and into the warp. there the where the 4 chaos gods all tried to get them to there banner. some fell. although some fell to chaos most of the batterd chapter remained loyal. they even became more obsessed with saving the emperor, from His own. they returend to there home world , Obliterating the inqiusition fleet in orbit. they started extencive rebuilding. now they hunt down the persons, chapter or orginatastion that they deem unworthy. they have a fierce respect for the first founding chapters because they proclaim to be the second exept for the ultramarines, space wolves and iron hands. well this is kinda the fluff for the chapter/legion any intakes by you guys would be awesome pics coming up soon Aapie014 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However, there is a theory floating around that one of the two legions left the imperium so it possible. Seems like you have an interesting idea and as always they are YOUR plastic toy soldiers do what you wish with them ;-). The librarium would be a good place to look at fluff either way it'll give you an idea of what ideas are being discussed and the easy things to keep an eye out for. Well, its not so much that they have to be the survivors of the 2nd Legion, just that they claim to be them. As a LARPer friend of mine once told me, "Its high approval for this, and master approval for that, but it doesn't require any approval for your character to lie or just be delusional." darth_giles Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 I'd also like to suggest modifying chainswords or chainaxes instead of using knives. As your sculpting skill improves, why not try making actual Jaguar knights for your command squads or veterans?
