The MotF was sculpted up by John (see the Winterdyne Blog) and the servo skulls by me. I'm doing the paintwork, but am waiting on some VMA colours specified by the client to arrive. The colour scheme will be for the client's own semi-renegade SM army. The Alpharius build by Tom is also based on the same parts. The gauntlet mount isn't a gauntlet mount. It's actually hinged from the forearm (ie it would be concealed there when retracted). Think that the bionic leg is a little too lightly built, but it doesn't detract from the model or the conversion / custom work that went into it. Like the backpack mod too. winterdyne Posted September 6, 2011 Author Share Posted September 6, 2011 Yeah, it's the opposite of zenithal highlighting; rather than spray a lighter colour from above, you spray a darker colour from below, concentrating in areas of deep shade.
