shooty henchman squad ideas

So when i found out I had 225 points to spare in my army I had to brainstorm possible uses for henchmen and inquistors just because I love the theme and look of them. So here are two possible loadouts I was considering running.

ordo xenos inquistor with conversion beamer and digital weapons

chimera with multilaser

2 jokaeros

2 servitors with heavy bolters

1 human shield whoops I mean warrior acolyte.

this totals out to 224

Other loadout

ordo malleus inquisitor with hellfire rifle

chimera with multilaser

2 jokaeros

3 servitors with heavy bolters

6 warrior acolytes

I was also considering dropping some acolytes and the hellrifle for maybe a crusader or two just for the stormshield to make the squad a bit more durable. Let me know what you guys think about each loadout. Have no idea what I'm doing with the henchmen.

2 jokearo + 10 acolytes with bolters + Chimera = 175 points :D

I use this squad without the chimera, in a bolstered ruin, as my home objective holder. It's pretty good. throw in a few storm bolters if you have the points. Two or three 36" rending storm bolters are amazing if you get them.

Another option would be to take the same squad with a rhino and two fewer warrior acolytes for a cheap pair of lascannons in a bunker.

I have a couple of different builds I'm toying with for my Coteaz list

3 x Acolytes w/meltaguns or plasma guns, Razorback w/lascannon+twin plasma gun

Pretty cheap, adds anti-tank at long and short ranges, completely expendable. Melta for half of them, plasma for the other half.

3 x plasma cannon servitors, 2 x Jokaero, Chimera w/multi-laser+heavy bolter

Probably put Coteaz here, to keep the servitors in line and for 'I've Been Expecting You' multi-melta to the face for nearby enemy Outflankers or Deepstrikers. Again, not overly expensive, and brings a lot of anti-infantry blasts that don't care about fancy armour or Feel No Pain. Jokaero bring more lascannon and the Chimera makes a decent bunker provided you can screen it's flanks with Razorbacks. Take just the one for fire support, so you have your final Troops slot free for what's below.

5 x Death-Cult, 5 x Crusaders

Put in Stormraven or Redeemer with a Librarian (warding stave is essential for him), buff them with 'Might' and 'Hammerhand'. Tech-Marines are too easily ganked with only 1 wound, and the powers of the Librarian replicate what his grenades do anyway (not to mention 'Shrouding' on a smoked Redeemer or turbo-boosting Stormraven is golden). They are very cheap for the carnage they inflict, just be careful to win combat in the enemy turn not your turn.
