Wow these look great, very clever indeed to use the legos while letting things cure. I am surprised that elmers holds those second floors, I was expecting you had to use some sort of wierd dental bonding agent to get the floors to stay. I'm also from Rochester strangely enough so I've heard about this event for years. I do miss having local gaming stores close by, I guess I got spoiled there and didn't know any different.

ON to today's Pics. I've cast enough floor tiles for the ground floor level of the first Large ruin, so I've begun adding the walls on.

I love the progress, my only sadness is that I most likely won't be able to go to Rochester and have a game on this soon to be magnificent table.

Keep it coming, and don't you loose those molds brother!!!!!!!

Suckage , Da Boyz is a hoot. Well if you make it to PAX east next year It will be there as well. Also if you are ever up in the Metro Boston region I can prob get it to a store near you to use. As for losing the molds... No worries I can just make more.

can I suggest adding a staircase for the three floor buildings, ar maybe a broken elevator shaft here and there, just to spice things up?

loving the steady progress by the way.

I intend to add Ladders to all of the ruins. but the elevator would look neat... hmmm time to ponder construction...

ans slow but steady wins the race (so to speak.)

well I've lost a day to Space Marine... But I'll get cracking on these again tomorrow.

I think that's gonna be a common excuse on the WIP board for quite a few months now. :(

Lookin' cool, man. Keep up the great work!

I've begun spackilng the ruins to blend the tiles into the MDF bases, and help hide some of the join lines for the larger ruins, (at least it will after I sand the excess spackle off...). I apologize for the poor pic quality but I need to get to bed so don't have time to retake em now (I'll do that when I get home from work tomorrow)

Mold walls (to hold the RTV sillicone in) were simply legos hotglued down to either the smooth side of some MDF or Foamcore.

RTV sillicone was Moldstar 15 from Smooth-on

Ive finished sanding down spackle on three of the five Medium ruins. and for a hoot I took some "action" pics using some old IG minis (old as in painted and un-used for some time not old model wise) and my Necromunda gang.

On to the Pics.
