KrMaH
Bought Astorath on saturday, and has been working on him since. He is my favourite space marine character, and i seek to pint him to perfection. have to say im quite happy with the results so far, but wanted to know what thers think as well... you will find pictures here: http://s1105.photobucket.com/albums/h342/K...h%20The%20Grim/ oh, and how do you post pictures in this forum? i found that using the "insert image" button did not work... Also, his axe broke off. any idea what glues will do good at gluing it back on? Emperor's Instrument
Is it finecast or metal? My finecast axe snapped just below the head where it joins the staff, a small dot of superglue and it's all good now. KrMaH
Finecast. It snapped half a centimeter towards the blade... My stephfather recomended super epoxy, but im not sure... Personally i would go with regular superglue... Razblood
Looks like it's coming along really well :) Although the wings could do with a couple of thin coats of Black ink, just to make the drybrushing les obvious. Also, to post pics: When typing your reply look below the fonts bar where there are 5 boxes. the second box along from the left is 'Insert Image'. Click this then paste the url of your pics into it, and you should end up with something like this your url here. It will be highlighted, so make sure to deselect it before typing anything as you'll delete it otherwise. Hope this is helpful ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/237346-work-in-progress-astorath-the-grim-cnc-wanted/#findComment-2863606 Share on other sites
