Inquisitorial Chimera...

Just wanted a quick rules clarification regarding the chimera:

Would it be legal to include an Inquisitorial Chimera in a GK list WITHOUT AN INQUISITOR (and hence, NO HENCHMEN)??

My current line of thinking is this :

No Inquisitor = No Henchmen, hence a dedicated Inquisitorial Chimera cannot be selected in the list, since there are no henchman to transport... IS THIS CORRECT??

My list currently consists of a Grand Master and a Librarian as the two HQ choices. Obviously, quite expensive choices, and therefore has quite pronounced ramifications for the rest of my list. The list also includes a land raider, ven dread, and DK, and a dedicated rhino for a purgation squad (yes, you heard right :tu: ) . I'd like to add more armour that can transport TDA models, and an Inquisitorial Chimera would fit the bill (actually, it's the only thing that fits the bill, since I cant fit another LR due to FOC restrictions AND points, and a stormraven just isn't viable, also due to points restrictions).

So... Can I just include an Inquisitorial Chimera in my list? Even though there are no henchies in the list? If so, which part of the FOC does it take up?

Also, just wanted to see what other GK players are using (with success), in terms of transporting TDA models? IMO, GW have certainly thrown a spanner into the works for GK players in this regard... Our HQ choices (bar inquisitors and bro champs) come with TDA as default.. and these are NON-named "standard" HQ units. I dont know if this was done on purpose on their part, or if it was an oversight, but regardless, it does present us with limited choices pertaining transportation.

So not only are the HQ units themselves expensive, but so are the options to transport them!

Thanks in advance for any help and feedback.

Razorbacks are pretty common, especially with Psybolt Ammo; don't discount straight-up Rhinos, though.

Storm Ravens and Land Raiders are both common as well, though I haven't seen any GK lists really spam them (save one guy local to me that uses three Land Raiders).

With 24" threat on the move and reasonable anti-vehicle power at that range (with Psycannons and Riflemen dreads) foot-slogging lists see quite a bit of action too. Things like Interceptors help, as do servo skulls + Psychic Communion-stacks for Turn 2 Deep Striking.
