LardO'Blood
I'm not really a fan of the blue highlighting, but if that's your thing, go ahead. You might also want to tone down the battle damage. he_plays_guitar
I like them. Not a fan of the blue highlighting but we are looking at very close up pictures, so I bet it's not as noticeable on the tabletop. And I think the battle damage would look sweet a few feet away, where they would most likely be seen from. I like the crouched guy with the plasmagun, very cinematic. Good stuff. EPK
I believe the blue highlighting is actually supposed to be verdigris, correct (hard to tell from the degree of weathering, but the shoulders have silver trim, hence oxidation)? Though the photo may not be doing it justice, it's a good start, but I feel it needs a more greenish tint. I mixed hawk turquoise and scorpion green together than watered it down and used it as a wash. The verdigris would really only be most prominent in the crevices, so going back and drybrushing some silver over it might help make it more subtle. Definitely very grim dark and war weathered aledonati. Good stuff. ellis_esquire
Im liking these. Something gritty and otherworldly about the blue. Not my choice but they make for unique models!
