Cerelius
Finally received my pre ordered copy of the Spacemarine game for my PS3, i have yet to play it but the best thing about it so far is the Purity Seal which looks freaking awesome. Prepare to feel my Wrath Orks Moderati move if need be Semper Fidelis Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/238031-spacemarine-the-game/ Share on other sites
Martyn
Let us know if it's any good, I'm thinking about getting the collectors edition as well. Is it really worth it? RunningWolfFenris
Doesn't it just come with a big purity seal? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/238031-spacemarine-the-game/#findComment-2870876 Share on other sites
Cerelius
played two hours of the game last night, it'd not bad. the close combat side is a bit hard on the button pressing side and the ranged combat takes a while to get use to as well as the orks take at least half a mag to kill which means you spend most of the time in cc. The Nobz a really hard to slay i'd suggest using Fury on them and ranged attacks. Be careful with the camera angles which can be frustrating at times. Apart from that quite challenging and lots of fun. The Collectors box comes with a Purity Seal which looks awesome, a music cd, art book and a pack of info cards. the best bit is the Purity Seal. $149.00 from EB Games was bit of a stretch and so far i have heard i could have paid less if i got it from the main land but i normally expect to pay more living in Tasmania. RunningWolfFenris
Usually for $150 you get some shiny gizmo to play with. Seems a little disappointing for those kinds of big bucks. Would have been cool to get a limited edition mini :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/238031-spacemarine-the-game/#findComment-2870925 Share on other sites
Martyn
I like the art books the most and I would probably attach that purity seal to my dog or something. Still, no loyal 40k fan would deny to play this game.
