incinerator950
heres my boy, yes I am a New Orleans Saints Fan :) Have few more cool schemes which might have to be painted up. Pretty cool, never thought of making on out of my favorite NFL team It's a cool idea, I'm doing the colors from my families recovered Coat of Arms from the Middle Ages. I've seen a few Flesh Tearers running around, haven't seen any Legio, Death Watch, or Grey Knight converted players though. Lord Ragnarok
My new favorite loadout appears to be the following: Butt kickage increased when I started using this. Tactical Weapon: Storm Bolter Equipment: Grenades Perks: Master Crafted Wargear Favor of the Armory Allows me to take on anything mid to short range. Since every map has choke points and CQB areas I can use it on every map. Really helps against the my nemesis clasess while using tactical....Devs/Assault. LuNCHBiZZLe
As far as noob class I would have to go with the ubber plasma cannon spam guys, or the dude who likes to hide around corners with his melta kit and wait for you to walk past. Lord Ragnarok
I dislike grenade-spam; two I can avoid easily but four will get you every time. Yeah, I hate dying to everything. All equal to me. Devs are a very tough nut to crack unless you are another dev. If I had to pick one which was "noob" it would be any Dev. But I think the game is very rock, paper, scissors so if I can find where I fit I'm good. incinerator950
Every player with the quad grenade settup can only backpedal with a Storm Bolter, and chuck grenades around corners. It's no better than the Melta Gun users who can't go forward and have to corner hop. The same group of people who end up using Impenetrable and Final Vengeance. Killing other Devastators/Havoks always brings a sense of gratification, especially Las Cannon users. It's becoming less painful about Dev vs Raptor, now it's more about US connection vs Dingos. The PtP connection horribly supports people from other countries, and it's infuriating when the only reason you're dying is because half your shots can't register, and apparently the guy can't get stunned out of a combo that you well have hit him before. Which reminds me, I ended up in a match today where the game kept lagging. It felt like a Lag-switch, but I can't determine if, or it was someone with a really garbage connection. Consul of Scorpions
Y'know, I may just be a terrible gamer with horrible coordination problems, but any time I try out these so-called "noob" builds, I get screwed as hard as I always have. I mean, come on gais, we live in a world where guys hunting flocks of ducks (yes, whole flocks) with gigantic shotguns operated in "fleets" just to hunt efficiently. There are no noob builds except hacking the game, aka cheating, everything else is acceptable. Castellan Snaeper
My 9 current Loadouts (one is duplicated) and all ten of my looks. Done the po' man way with Cellphone TV screencap! Loyalists! 4 of the 5 are completely my own creations, picked because I wanted something that looks cool and while using different pieces of armor for each outfit. I was mainly going for something that looks memorable and would inspire my opponents and teammates. The 5th one is technically a Black Templar, although he's done up the way my some of my personal Black Templar's are painted instead of traditional Black/White. I really like the White on Metallic scheme though as you can see... and I REALLY love the old and worn color combo that I've matched with the Battle-Damaged armor set. Makes him look like he's been fighting a few years without relief. http://i.imgur.com/8MEb8.jpg This loadout is namely used at the beginning of the game and then isn't touched after that (I swap it for essentially the same thing but with Rapid Deployment after my first death). The Melta gun is a helluva fickle Mistress when it comes to killing things by the way. http://i.imgur.com/9QtnC.jpg This is my primary Assault Class... one that I use to pray on the weak from above. Plasma Pistol is a handy weapon but I've sniped many a poor fool with the Bolt Pistol before too. http://i.imgur.com/wJo2C.jpg This is a relatively new Assault Class. Originally I had True Grit and Impenetrable on, with the intent of being able to jump forward and hold Seize Points with my tougher husk and bigger gun... but mixed results with that saw me nixing it favor of the "Grudge". I only use this class when I get fed up with all the little Final Vengeance babies who can't kill with a regular weapon. I loooove to let them know how it feels. http://i.imgur.com/00OFc.jpg This is a loadout I stole from my brother with much success. Grenade Spam is always a surefire way to have every person on the team hunting you down, and combine the ultra-effective explosion with the Armor-stripping goodness of the Plasma Rifle and you've got a guaranteed 4 kills or more! http://i.imgur.com/Rjao6.jpg This class I made but I haven't used much of it since. I guess if I feel like I wanna be a team player I put it on. Traitorous Legions! I decided to go with the Chaos undivided theme and took it to the next level on the Loony-ness. Originally only one suit was painted all mis-matched for colors... but after a few days of that being the ONLY look I wanted to play, I decided that I'd paint all of my suits with different colors, playing with combo's and making extra-sure that I didn't do the same thing over again or use the same colors in a suit. I also picked the multi-color idea with the intention of at least one opponent going "That multi-colored mo**** fu**** has killed me for the last ti---- GOD DAMNIT HE DID IT AGAIN" By the way guys, the gritty and dark armor look gets boring and generic after awhile. http://i.imgur.com/Pdfvz.jpg So here's the aforementioned Melta/Storm class with Rapid Deployment. Nothing hurts a struggling team more than when you spawn right in the middle of the Point-capping attempts and melta a few of their faces off only to follow it up with some Bolts. Also, prepping an enemy with a few Bolt rounds, rolling towards them while switching weapons and then melting their crotch has proven to be a mighty effective (if infuriating to my opponents) tactic. http://i.imgur.com/309u9.jpg Here's my one-and-done Plasma Cannon class. I only apply this as my opening class on maps like Manufactorum and Waste Management, where I promptly sprint across the map, charge up a shot and send it sailing into the middle of my opponents for a game-opening multi-kill. Imagine starting the game off with a Quad. http://i.imgur.com/vDQDw.jpg This is my long-term Plasma class that I usually use on maps like Waste Management and Basilica, or in response to other kids with Plasma Cannons. http://i.imgur.com/Mxmwj.jpg This is another recent class that I've yet to use. I'm not terribly good with the Lascannon and it goes against my playing style so it might be switching back to the Stalker Bolter class soon. http://i.imgur.com/Myg1q.jpg Duplicate entry detected. Lord Mad Balrog
I really like the second one, Castellan Snaepe, especially the helmet.
