Stormraven, flat out and emergency disembark

Normally models can't disembark from a transport moving flat out. If the transport is destroyed, then according to the FAQ the models are destroyed as they can't make an emergency disembarkation. The Stormraven's Skies of Blood rule allows models to disembark from it when moving flat out via certain rules. Would that apply if it was say...shot down in the opponents turn? How would it be resolved? Or will the embarked models just die as per normal rules?

The FAQ meant during the player turn. Ie, if you immobolise yourself moving flat out in dangerous terrain (and thus kill yourself due to moving flat out), then yes, the contents would be destroyed.

If your opponent kills it, then the unit is placed by the rules in the brb for destroying transports.
