My Angels Sanguine Project

Hello there my first topic on this forum hope its good enough to be here,

 

I have around 6000pts of blood angels so far most assembled but struggle with finding time to paint and im hoping having some were to post it up will force me to make time.

First off a few pictures of thing i have had time to paint

All done by airbrush im happy with it so far but comments always welcome (that's how we learn)

!. Upload your pics to photobucket or some other such site.

 

2. Right click and select 'copy image location.'

 

3. Paste the image location and add img tags like this: (img)paste the picture url here(/img) note that you need to use square brackets not curved. I'm using curved so they show up in this post.

I really like the look of your first Angels Sanguine model. I'm guessing you're just ignoring the bare heads thing for 'rule of cool?' I'm collecting AS myself (there's a link to my stuff in my sig) and I have to say I really like the source lighting effect you have from that thunder hammer. How was it achieved?

Thankyou will sort it when im home.

yes im not to fussed about the dont show there faces rule as i like painting them. each to there own lol.

thankyou for the nice comments, i use an air brush start from a dark blue to light blue fading it up the arm, obviously keeping in mind the brightest parts will be closer to the point where the light is coming from. hope this helps it takes practice but is fairly simple.
