Tons of bits for most listed pieces (not pictured)

Games Workshop unused paintbrushes and some different paints

tackle box for supplies

custom made carrying case for most of the army

a bunch of water transfer decals

I'm new to the game, and have just started assembling another army, bet you can't guess, but I love the SW. Is $200 a good deal, it seems to be. I just need someone to convince me I should do it.

Depending on the condition of the models,

Are they painted or primed or still bare metal or plastic? non painted models actually sell for a higher price than an average painted army. Pro painted is a whole other beast.

If they are painted are they painted to the standard that your happy with. New those models and supplies would cost well into the $800.00 US.

a lot of them are painted, I'm assuming to Good TT at least, he is sending me HQ pics tomorrow.

I'm doing it, I thought it seemed a bit to good to be true, but I think the poor guy just hasn't the time anymore, and I am the only one to make an offer. I guess it is time to get familiar with the SW Codex as this is a 2000+ point army ready for war.

IMO turn that land speeder into a crashed terrain piece b/c the old models are crap, strip the paint from the metal models if it's not good or caked on, otherwise you might just be able to paint over it.

Down the line, you'll likely want more Long Fangs and atleast one pack of scouts (as well as some more specialized units - speeders, bikes, jump packs, TWC, etc), but otherwise you're set for a good looooong while. You'll definitely want to see if you have anything worth turning into a Rune Priest; if not, get something that you can... RPs are disputed to be the best psyker in the game atm.

it appears Urlik can be, but there is a model I really like that I will try and find

I'm also winning on this Captain with claws link

Soak them in simple green. Then brush with a worn out tooth brush and repeat if needed.

This process has never worked for me, though I have read about it in many places. There is a product called super clean that is for washing the plastic on motorcycles, same process but way better results at least for me.

i've used both, but super clean is far better than simple green.

Haha! you found an army for sell on craigslist? That"s pretty funny.

quite a bit of stuff on there, that will be my first look from now on, as most people selling on CL are desperate for money, especially at the end of the month. With such an expensive hobby any way to save works for me.

I see some clean up work needs to be done, but he assembled them to my liking. I can afford to do as I please with this army now too, so it will grow.
