magnefjord
Thank you very much! I am glad some one liked it because I thought I failed completely with it. I made the sword by basecoating it in regal blue and then worked my way up with ultramarines blue, ice blue and finally skull white. Gunslinger87
One thing you might want to do in the future with models on the bright side is put them in front of a black background, so everything is sharper and easier to see. Beautiful models though :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/238977-grey-knight-terminators/#findComment-2884070 Share on other sites

Watch Commander Danek
If that is failure your idea of success would be blinding. Any chance we can get a rundown on how you painted that blade? magnefjord
If that is failure your idea of success would be blinding. Any chance we can get a rundown on how you painted that blade? Of course you can, I basecoated the blade with regal blue and then worked my way up from that using ultramarines blue, ice blue and finally skull white. That is how I do all my nemesis forceweapons, and of course a little bit of black in the edges of the darkest parts of the blade. The part were I thought I failed was the white "criss-cross" -pattern on the blade.
