For my new army, I wanted to mostly just take units that weren't available to my chaos guys, I was drawn to Land Speeders. Are Land speeder Storms any good? What are they used for? Sgt. Tiberus Satio Posted September 23, 2011 Share Posted September 23, 2011 They are a "get in and get out" tactical movement from what I've seen them used as. They only hold I think 5 scouts, open top so they can shoot out of it, and can deepstrike and can cause havok with units on your opponents end with the jammer that is on it. They basically are a scout transport. So scurry around the board, blow things up, hop back in, park and sieze or contest an objective near the end of the game.
