UltraHawk
I'm not a Space Wolves player but I was introduced to this Icelandic VikingMetal band called Skalmold this weekend and when I heard this song, the Space Vikings instantly came to mind. I also loved the lyrics to this song.( Not very helpful if you don't speak Icelandic  ) I felt compelled to share this with you, and be warned this is hardcore metal if you don't like that sort of thing. Best played loudly. Ultrahawk Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/239193-space-wolves-music/ Share on other sites
EchinosNoSeimei
Oh my! He sounds very angry. Hehe. I have a mental image of Space Wolves head banging. It's amusing to say the least. I mean, half of them look like crazy metal/pink guys anyways. With their wild hair and fluffy beards. Oh, how I adore the Space Wolves. Skirax
I usually just listen to Visions by Bring Me The Horizon, the lyrics are about going to war (but the meaning's deeper); not everyone's cup of tea, but ah well :) "This is a call to arms. So grab your guns. And get your horses. Only the dead have seen the end of this fight." Nrthstar
Gotta love themed metal, I personally love Maylene and the Sons of Disaster for some southern style. American by birth, southern by the grace of God. But for wolves i stick to As I Lay Dying or whenever i play drop pods i love August Burns Red's "Seventh Trumpet"..... "And the stars beging to faaaall" right into a heavy breakdown that makes even pacifists want to break someone. I love the lyrics with the image of wolves in drop pods bringing hel to a planet. Thanks for the find man! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/239193-space-wolves-music/#findComment-2885980 Share on other sites

Freakiq
Amon Amarth, and for me. ;) It's actually my taste in music that brought me to the wolves rather than the other way around. Jaegar Bloodfang
I think for me it has to be... 1-Metallica - The Frayed End Of Sanity or 2-Machine Head - Wolves http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TY_zITJ68k But that's just me. :( Jaegar Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/239193-space-wolves-music/#findComment-2887011 Share on other sites
ForgivenFighter
I tend to listen to Silent Civilian, Spineshank or Mushroomhead...on occasion I'll throw in some Apocalyptica, BUT that always steers me toward reading up on the DA for some reasone. :whistling: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/239193-space-wolves-music/#findComment-2887765 Share on other sites

BrotherSargeantDaro
hmm.. Im surprised no one mentioned Man O war.. they have great lyrics. Also, sabaton is good... and hammerfell. Karack Blackstone
Man O War is typically another good one. It all varies, per the person's tastes.
