Wardens of Skorpio D.I.Y Chapter

Hi Guys,

Thought it was about time I stopped looking at all your models and put up some of my own!

These are for my D.I.Y Chapter, The Wardens of Skorpio.

First up, some of my uses of the most useful tool on the site (in my opinion)

Now for my first painted model, a kit-bashed Librarian! (forgive the bad pics and painting :D)

The left hand has got my first attempt at painting a light source (in this case, the build up of energy ready to zap an enemy), but it didn't come out in the pic :ph34r:

Also my first attempt at a force/power weapon and physic hood.

Nice looking minis... did you use OSL for the back of the Librarians head?

 

Do you have a brighter light to take pics with? hard to see highlights. On that note if you haven't some highlights would really help the black pop a bit more.

@MagicMan: had to use the Red Scorpion Bits!! Loved them since i first saw them :D

@Mac the Knife: Yes that is my BAD attempt at OSL on the back of the head, as well as the hand.

Right, here are some brighter pics of both the libby and the captain.

Also just had a bit of time to finish off the captains transport, my first tank!
