Armour colour advice for a 'counts-as' Coteaz

Hey guys!

So I've recently put together a (pretty sweet if you ask me) counts-as model to stand in for everyone's favorite follicly challenged Inquisitor. I'll post some pics once he's painted but first I need some input in terms of what colour to make his armour? The actual model rocks gold armour but as I also play Blood Angels I figured Mr. Coteaz would look a little too much like all of my Blood Angel HQ choices. Dante, Sanguinor, Sang. Guard, Honour Guard all rock baroque gold armour and I'd like to mix it up a bit now. Silver is also out as all my GK's have the codex-standard silver plate.

Suggestions? Ideas? Inspirational images? I'm leaning towards doing a sort of red enameled armour much like the helmeted inquisitor model found in the codex but I'm always open to ideas!

I think black armor with a silver trim would look sweet and here are a couple links( i understand ur model looks different and would love to see pictures)

He certainly looks sinister in the black armour! I like the look, but I think all the detail the figure has will get lost with such a dark colour. That and he looks a bit too...... pious... when i see black armour I think either chaplain or black templar. Like where your head is at though!

I've seen some great looking coteaz models with Bone/white armor
These versions of Coteaz look seriously cool! It's even more tempting considering the image I saw on GWs website a few days ago:

I've also kicked around the idea of white armour. I love the look, but I'm not sure I have the skill to make it look good...

Would a WIP photo be worth taking, or does everyone just want to see the finished product?
