Nordic/Celtic/Viking Space Wolves?

I was thinking of building and painting my new space wolf army with a heavy nordic influence. Before I do, I was hoping to see some examples. What I'm looking for is freehand Nordic/celtic/viking knots, freehand viking motifs, any special conversions or bits to give the wolves even more of a Norse influence. I know Celtics and Vikings are different cultures, yes...but lots of the artwork and craftwork is very similar. Have any of you done any paintjobs or freehand work showing knots or other nordic designs? If so, I'd love to see them. I have plenty of reference material...I'd just like to see them on actual miniatures.

Official GW tournaments only require that 75% of the model be GW product. Not sure how they intend to measure out that percentage...

My recommendation of scibor models was to give you a sculpted representation of knotwork patterns like you asked for... actually USING the model... well, even though I like the sculpts, I'll never own or use one specifically for the question you just posed.

Ok that makes sense. I would only use shoulder pads or weapons from Scibor anyway, most likely just weapons. I love to freehand, so I would most likely do knotwork on the shoulder pads myself. I was just wondering if anyone has done it on a rhino, landraider, etc.
As far as I can tell some of the best and most inspiring work Ive ever seen on a Space Wolves army was done by guy taking up residence on a forum somewhere... Its seriously the most norse/celtic looking army Ive seen and its great for inspiring me to paint. Heres some of his work. I think it may help you out a bit. I wouldnt be surprised if you recognized any of these models the guys pretty famous in certain cirles.
Riders of Rohan is a good one, but I listen to the Conan the Barbarian sound track, the original one with Arnold. That song Battle of the Mounds where they set up to fight all of the bad guys on the hill near the end of the movie is absolutely epic. Plus, who better to paint space wolves to than the barbarian wearing six wolf pelts and carrying a huge sword? Plenty of inspiration there.
